"basehaz"

The Cox model's baseline cumulative hazard (covariates at 0, not centered), one step curve per stratum.

Usage

# S3 method for class 'survivalSub.BJM'
plot(x, which = c("forest", "basehaz"), ...)

Arguments

x

A survivalSub.BJM object returned by survivalSub.

which

Which plot to draw: "forest" (default) or "basehaz".

...

Currently unused.

Value

A ggplot object.
